inSight.

PBi is positioned to get the Employer and their Members ahead of the curve, instead of six months behind it. The key is a Member’s unique PBi care regimen, to acquire the insight (evidence-based, key leading indicator data), absolutely necessary for effective decision making on the Member’s course of care; in real-time.

You can’t manage well, what you can’t see at all.

PBi brings a Pro-Active focus of:
  • Visibility into the Payer’s population, current Financial Health Risk Analysis
  • Clarity of the financial health risk status for each Member: chronic diseases, complications, comorbidity, outliers, procedures/diagnoses, cost and course of care
  • Insight in managing to impact a Member’s outcome, from historical claims and real-time biometric data on the Member, including HEDIS measures to note overall effectiveness of care
  • Prevention Activities to stop the flow of Members into Chronic Diseases because of their lack of knowledge and visibility into what their behaviors are accumulating into their lives
  • Physical Activity as a Treatment, to best help Chronic Disease Members improve their Quality of Life
  • Simplicity in delivering a Working Understanding for the Employer and Members, to lower costs and improve health outcomes

Finding the Troubled Member Before Trouble Is Here

PBi uses a standard of health set to compare against all Member's medical, PBM claim data history to find the Impactful Member who is building up a troubled health outcome future. PBi identifies these Members, to draw focus and the proper course of care; potentially avoiding costly hospital episodes.

Before & After Impact

PBi uses a standard of health-set to determine what each Member needs to do for better health outcomes. The left-hand side of the figure below shows 5 areas that the Member has been assigned tasks to become compliant. By using the PBi Communications platform and services (engagement) the Member was able to become compliant with the list of activities required of him to faithfully reach the disired health outcomes.
